Information provided when obtaining personal data

2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”)

2. Identification data of the intermediary: Personal data will not be processed through an intermediary.

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing: the controller processes personal data

data subjects – clients and client representatives for the following purposes:

E–shop – sale of goods to customers of the eshop,
Clients – performance of rights and obligations arising from contractual relations,
Complaints – handling the complaint process

4. The controller collects the following personal data:

  • personal data provided via contact form, non-binding request for quotation, order and/or telephone call with a sales representative of the controller (name, surname, company name, telephone contact, e-mail contact)

5. Legal basis for the processing of personal data: consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.

6. Instructions on the voluntariness or obligation to provide the requested personal data: the data subject provides personal data voluntarily. If the data subject chooses not to provide personal data for the specific purpose stated, the controller will not be able to provide the goods or services ordered.

7. Recipients: personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Personal data may also be disclosed to public authorities (e.g. the Data Protection Authority, the police, etc.) if requested by them in the exercise of their powers.

8. Form of disclosure if personal data are to be disclosed: personal data are not and will not be disclosed.

9. Transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations: personal data is not and will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

10. Retention period of personal data: personal data will be kept for a period of 4 years from the date of disclosure, unless the data subject requests their erasure earlier.

11. Automated decision-making: the controller does not carry out full automated decision-making, including profiling.

12. Information on the rights of the data subject:
The data subject has the following rights:
a) The right of access to personal data – the right to request confirmation as to whether the controller is processing personal data and, if so, the right to obtain access to that personal data and certain information about how it is processed.
b) The right to rectification – the data subject has the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning him or her rectified by the controller without undue delay.
c) Right to erasure – the data subject may request the erasure of data processed about him or her by the controller. However, there are situations where the obligation to process personal data
(i) required by law,
(ii) it is necessary for archiving purposes; or
(iii) it is necessary for the exercise of legal claims.
In such cases, the request for erasure of personal data cannot be granted.
d) right to object to processing – where the processing of personal data by the controller is based on the legitimate interest of the controller (and not on any other ground for processing) or relates to direct marketing, the data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data.

The consent granted may be revoked at any time electronically on this website or by written notice sent to Glasova, s.r.o. at the above address of its registered office. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

You can revoke your consent for communication via the contact form and/or sending marketing materials at any time, either jointly or individually, by sending an e-mail to petra@glaglass.com or in writing to the correspondence address Ľudmily Kraskovskej 14, 851 10 Bratislava – the municipal district of Rusovce. Please provide the same data as you provided when giving your consent, so that we can identify you and take the necessary measures.
